Business ordering and payment

Business ordering with prices excluding VAT, on account after a credit assessment.

Companies, institutions and public bodies order from RADA Networks in the same way as consumers, but on business conditions. Here is how it works.

Ordering

• Via the webshop: create a business account with your company name, registration number and VAT number. Prices are then shown excluding VAT.
• By e-mail or on the basis of a quotation: send your order to info@radanetworks.com quoting the quotation number.
• After your order you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. The agreement is concluded with our order confirmation, which you receive within 3 business days at the latest.

Prices

Business prices are exclusive of VAT and transport costs unless stated otherwise. Partners benefit from volume pricing; see Become a partner.

Payment

• Standard: payment in advance by iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
• On account: after a credit assessment we deliver on account with a payment term of 14 days from the invoice date, within a credit limit. Request delivery on account via the reseller application form or by e-mail (info@radanetworks.com) with your registration number.
• Objections to an invoice should reach us within 8 days of the invoice date.
• Late payment incurs interest and collection costs in accordance with our terms and conditions. An outstanding invoice suspends our deliveries.

VAT on delivery to another EU country

If we deliver to an address in another EU country and you have a valid VAT identification number, we invoice with the VAT reverse-charged (intra-Community supply). For delivery within the Netherlands we always charge Dutch VAT.

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible only with our written consent and as long as your order has not been shipped; we charge a cancellation fee of 25% (minimum € 50). Products ordered, configured or manufactured specifically for you and non-stock items cannot be cancelled.

Invoices

Invoices are sent by e-mail and can be found under My Account. State your purchase order number with your order and we will put it on the invoice.
