Business shipping and delivery

Delivery times

Products in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation (for payment in advance: after receipt of your payment). Parcels then arrive within 1 to 2 business days, pallet shipments within 2 to 5 business days. For back-orders and project deliveries we agree an expected delivery week. Delivery times are indicative; we inform you immediately if a delivery shifts.

Pallet delivery

• The carrier makes a delivery appointment. State a telephone number of the recipient on site with your order.
• We deliver to the kerbside or the first door on the ground floor. If the vehicle has no tail lift (for example for large quantities on full pallets), you arrange unloading with a forklift or pallet truck.
• Make sure the address is accessible to a truck and that a person authorised to sign is present. Waiting time of more than 15 minutes and unsuccessful delivery attempts are charged at actual cost, with a minimum of € 45.
• Carrying inside, transporting to an upper floor or positioning is available as an additional service; ask for it with your quotation.

Inspection on delivery

On delivery, check the number of packages and the outside of the packaging. Missing packages or visible damage must be noted on the proof of delivery or consignment note and reported to us with photographs within 2 business days. A proof of delivery signed without remarks serves as evidence that the shipment arrived complete and undamaged. Other visible deviations (wrong product, quantity, colour, size) must be reported within 5 business days.

Partial deliveries and drop shipping

Large orders can be delivered in instalments; partial deliveries are invoiced separately. For partners we deliver directly to the end customer on request, if desired in neutral packaging and without price information.

Taking delivery and storage

Unable to receive a confirmed order yet? Consult us in good time. If we store goods at your request, we charge € 3.50 per pallet per week.

Delivery outside the Netherlands

Belgium and Luxembourg are delivered at the fixed rates below. Other EU countries are arranged on a quotation basis. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are for the recipient's account.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged once per order, based on the largest product. Above the threshold we ship free of charge within the Netherlands. For project deliveries and larger quantities we quote a tailored transport price.
